We previously announced that we had welcomed new members to our sales team last year. With the New Year already in full flow, we thought it would be a great idea to introduce our new teammates so you can get to know the people on the other end of the phone. Read about Gary, Irfhan, Debbie and Jon below:
Gary Rouse serves as a Regional Sales Manager at CareFlow Medicines Management (formally WellSky International Ltd), covering the Midlands, South West and our cloud hosting services nationally. Gary has over 17 years’ experience in the healthcare technology sector, after obtaining a Computer Science degree from Coventry University, he joined ScriptSwitch, a prescribing optimisation start up in Primary Care, leading the technical team on product rollout and maintenance during its infancy. After the buyout, Gary went on to obtain an MBA from Aston University, with a special interest in Customer Experience Journeys and Lean Six Sigma. In 2011 he joined EMIS Health, supporting their transition to the first fully hosted GP Clinical System and leading a field based service management team. Finally, before joining CMM, Gary led the national commercial account management team at Healthcare Gateway, delivering ICS level interoperability solutions to join up health and social care data within Shared Care Record initiatives.

Irfhan Mururajani is the Regional Sales Manager for North England and Scandinavia. Having joined in CMM in October 2021, Irfhan brings 16 years of senior Communications, Engagement and Software Sales experience within the NHS to the business.
After starting his career in retail and sales for Marks and Spencer and Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Irfhan has worked in Communications for NHS organisations nationwide including CCGs, NHS National Teams and a Mental Health Trust since 2006.
Irfhan then decided to reignite his passion for sales and a natural move into health software sales followed with roles at EMIS Group PLC, and as Primary Care Business Development lead for prominent workforce management start-up, Locum’s Nest.
Outside of work, Irfhan spends time volunteering for a local charity, as well as being the Public and Patient Lead for a Leicestershire Hospice. He also enjoys community radio broadcasting and acting as Master of Ceremonies for events, dinners and weddings!

Jon Huggins serves as a Regional and international sales manager at CareFlow medicines management (formally WellSky International Ltd) .
Jon has 12 years’ experience in the healthcare field, 5 years in System management within the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), and 7 years in Customer support and Account management of healthcare IT systems.
Specifically, Jon has served as a Support & Account Manager of CareFlow medicines management, who are a leading provider of medicines management solutions (EPMA, Pharmacy, Closed loop, Critical care and Chemotherapy products) with installations in over 250 hospital sites in the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Norway, Sweden, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Debbie Smith is a Customer Account Manager at CareFlow Medicines Management, (previously known as WellSky International Ltd), covering the Southeast, CD Manager nationally and Europe.
Working for Boots UK as a store manager, she qualified as a pharmacy technician allowing her to be hands on in her dispensary, to work with her team and to understand the needs of her customers.
She progressed to the role of Regional Business Manager for Boots Care Services covering East Anglia where she worked with specialised pharmacies supplying medication and support to both residential and nursing homes, a role that she held for eight years, then followed a role as pharmacy lead working in nursing homes allowing her to experience both sides of the care sector and to gain greater understanding for the requirements and the demands.
The past year and a bit working back in community pharmacy, all roles that she has enjoyed and valued the knowledge and experience they have given.
